I think this is what’s going on: Your router is assinging it self as the default route – good but the /etc/nf may not have a locaL domain defined. It is worth noting that the compatibility of Eset smart security was never challengged during install. Solved by completely uninstalling Eset Smart security firewall. Network connected, but no IE, Firefox, or even Ping. If it says stopped, start it by sudo service redis start else check the redis configuration file to check on which port it is running.
